FIELD: mechanics.
SUBSTANCE: said valve to control flow rate of fluid, in particular, hot water, comprises two gate elements: seat (6, 6') and gate (7, 7'), and an actuator (9). Seat and gate interact in the contact area. One of the two gate elements has an elastomer part, at least, at the side facing the other gate element. At least one of the two gate elements has a preliminary contact area. Within this area, contact of seat and gate is limited to a particular deformable zone. When the gate approaches the seat, reaction force is generated. Preliminary contact area (12, 12') is formed by at least one projection on the gate element (6, 7; 6', 7'). The said projection is directed to the other gate element (7, 6; 7', 6'), forming gap (14), so that contact of two gate elements (6, 7; 6', 7') outside the said area between the gate (7, 7') and seat (6, 6') forms the gap for fluid flowing.
EFFECT: purpose of the said invention is to create a progressive-performance valve.
