FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates medicine, prosthesis in particular. Coxofemoral nodosity contains base component, gimbaled hip stand, regulating positive stop of the stand movements, pneumatic damper, gab spring of hip stand and its double position fixing device. Positive stop of the hip stand movement is designed as swing stop with swinging limiting clamp, enveloping hip stand and positive stop fastened on the hip stand. Double position fixing device includes click on the positive stop with the ability of swing stop fixation. Hip stand is made as two parallel elastic rods oriented in frontal plane and fastened from both sides in two strong frames. The first strong frame is gimbaled with the front part of base component. Damper is made as cylinder with piston and stock. Cylinder is gimbaled with the front part of the base component. Stock is also gimbaled with the second strong frame of hip stand. Gab spring of hip stand from the one side is connected with the front part of base component, and from the other side - with the second strong frame of hip stand. Double position fixing device is designed with the ability of mounting in continuous open or closed position.

EFFECT: increase of anthropomorphic walk level and decrease of cripple energy consumption while using the prosthesis.
