FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical equipment, namely to prosthetics and prosthesis manufacturing. Shin prosthesis contains curvilinear support (1), which forms anterior part of foot in lower part, and in upper part - resilient shin post, connected with receiving sleeve (2), and immovably connected with support resilient plate (3), complementing posterior part of foot. Bearing bracket (4) and pneumatic damper are additionally included into prosthesis. Bracket (4) is immovably connected with one end with resilient shin post, and with the other end in hinged manner with double-arm lever (9). Pneumatic damper contains rod (5) with piston (6), provided with gasket (7) of one-way action, which is hingedly connected with resilient plate in posterior part of foot, and cylinder (8), which is hingedly connected with the first end of double-arm lever (9). The second end of lever (9) is hingedly connected with resilient post by means of conrod (10). Resilient plate (3), complementing posterior part of foot, is immovably connected with curvilinear support (1) in the region of anterior part of foot.
EFFECT: invention provides comfort for disabled person due to delay if foot extension in the process of bringing extremity with prosthesis above support surface, which contributes to increase of level of anthropomorfism of walking on shin prosthesis.
