FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of silicates, in particular, to glass compounds, which can be used for making containers and vessels. The glass consists of the following components with the given percentage mass ratios: SiO2 65.0-70.0; Al2O3 6.0-8.0; MgO 13.0-17.0; CaO 3.0-5.0; Na2O 1.1-2.5; Fe2O3 0.3-0.5; TiO2 1.0-2.0; B2O3 2.0-3.0. The glass can contain extra Cr2O3 with percentage mass ratio of 0.2-0.4%.
EFFECT: increased thermal stability of the glass.
