SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to the technology of silicates and relates to fritted glaze compounds, used in production of faced tiles. The glaze consists of the following components with the given percentage mass ratios: SiO2 45-50; Al2O3 3-5; CaO 27-30; MgO 1-2; K2O 3-5; Na2O 1-2; ZnO 3-5; B2O3 5-10; PbO 1-2.
EFFECT: increased frost resistance and light refraction index of the glaze.
