SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to enamel compounds, which can be used for coating products made from silver, copper-nickel alloys and steel. The enamel contains SiO₂, PbO, Sb₂O₃, ZnO, Na₂O₃, Al₂O₃, BaO, CaO, B₂O₃, K₂O, TiO₂, with the following percentage mass ratios: SiO₂ - 30.0-35.0, PbO - 10.0-12.0, Sb₂O₃ - 1.5-2.0, ZnO - 4.0-5.0, Na₂O - l.0-2.0, Al₂O₃ - 18.0-23.0, BaO - .0-1.5, CaO - 3.0-4.0, B₂O₃ - 10.0-12.0, K₂O -1.0-2.0, TiO₂ - 10.0-12.0.

EFFECT: increased acid-resistance of enamel.
