FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the sphere of construction machinery and may be used as an installation for trenchless construction and replacement of pipelines to be laid under physical obstacles which may be employed while performing operations related to laying subsurface utility lines under railroads and highways, air fields, building and structures, rivers etc. The installation for trenchless construction and replacement of pipelines consists of a rigid frame, two support plates, a motor assembly including hydraulic cylinders, front and rear cross-members, clamping chuck and control unit of the installation hydraulic system, high pressure hoses for connection to the feeding hydraulic unit. The installation is equipped with a spanner for the bar group screwing together/apart and turning and with spatial orientation support members. The frame consists of two pairs (the lower one and the upper one) pairs of coupling pins with clutches which are rigidly affixed to the support plates. The front and rear cross-members are interconnected via coupling and guide pins. The spanner intended for the bar group screwing together/apart or turning, the clamping chuck for gripping and fixing dismountable bars and spatial orientation supports are hydraulically driven, with the coupling and guide pins between the front and rear cross-members serving as guides for the movable hydraulic tong unit. To facilitate assembly of the installation within the confined space of a standard water conduit or sewage well the assembly is made of prefabricated collapsible modules including accordingly: support plates with spatial orientation elements and lower coupling pins with clutches; pre-assembled front cross-member with the clamping chuck; hydraulic cylinders; coupling and guide pins; rear cross-piece; hydraulic tong unit; operator's platform equipped with a control unit of the installation hydraulic system, upper coupling pins with clutches.
EFFECT: minimisation of time and material expenditures related to construction and replacement of pipelines, minimisation of the manual labour amount, diversification of the range of materials and diameters of the pipes to be laid/replaced.
