FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed machine can be used for friction welding of complex metal parts from different materials. Machine spindle rotation and braking drive is composed of hydraulic motor mounted coaxially at the spindle. Hydraulic motor incorporates variable-output pump with spindle rpm and braking controller, slide valve communicated via fluid lines with hydraulic drives of spindle, carriage, clamps and flash removal devices. Rear head is mounted at carriage, on two linear slideway bearings to displace along the spindle rotational axis. Flash removal device is arranged at rear head clamp case. Control board is electrically connected with hydraulic station slide valves. Setting and calculating of tool spatial position relative to machined parts are performed by magnetic ruler made at the bed.
EFFECT: higher reliability, lower wear, fast readjustment at changeover.
