SUBSTANCE: fuel metering unit is intended for turbomachines. The fuel metering unit is installed between a high-pressure pump, which pumps out fuel from the fuel tank, and multiple fuel injection nozzles, located in the combustion chamber of turbomachine. According to the invention, the fuel metering unit features a metering valve, which receives fuel to be injected at pressure P1 from control valve and supplies fuel at pressure P2 to the multiple fuel injection nozzles through the check valve. Control valve provides fuel recirculation to the mentioned high-pressure pump depending on difference of pressures (P1-P2) (at inlet and outlet of the metering valve) supplied to two inlet holes at the ends of control valve.
EFFECT: reduction of weight and cost; enhancement of reliability and accuracy of metering.
