FIELD: electric engineering, electric equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to electric equipment, in particular, to power electric equipment, and more precisely to transformer units, which are intended for power supply of rectifiers of powerful transformer substations of aluminium industry. Technical result consists in optimization of voltage control parameters, in particular, in reduction of stage value, and also improvement of mass and dimensional factors, which are achieved at the account of significant reduction of mass and dimensions of the first active part. Three phase transformer unit with voltage control has six inputs for connection to three-phase supply circuit, two active parts, device of switching under load and at least one device for switching without excitation. The first active part contains at least three windings: the first, the second and the regulating ones. The regulating winding is connected to the device of switching under load. Some ends of first winding phase windings are connected to three inputs. Other ends of first winding phase windings are connected to three other inputs. The winding of one phase of second winding with one its end is connected with one of the ends of winding of other phase of first winding. The second active part contains at least three windings: circuit, phase shifting and valve. Winding of one phase of phase shifting winding is connected with the winding of other phase of circuit winding. Three phase of device for switching without excitation in every phase has one common and two end terminals. Second ends of the second winding of first active part are connected to common terminals. One end terminals of all three phases are connected between each other. The other end terminals of phases are connected with windings of phases of first winding of first active part. Phase windings of regulating winding are connected with ends of winding of second winding phases of first active part.
EFFECT: optimization of voltage control parameters and improvement of mass and dimensional factors of transformer.
