FIELD: ventilation.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to air conditioning and drying units by water vapours condensation in environmental systems of livestock houses. Unit consists of a profiled box with cross flow heat exchanger and with open disk-shaped and cellular channels, filter, inlet and exhaust air fans and inlet air heat-exchanger. Cross flow heat exchanger is contacting with upper part of box by its cold corner. Opposite corner of heat exchanger is connected to box basis and provided with condensate discharge pipe. From one side, open disc-shaped channels are connected to exhaust air fan via filter by means of separate channel and from another side it is connected to air discharge into atmosphere also by means of separate channel. From one side, cellular channels of heat exchanger are connected to inlet air fan, valves and environment by means of inlet pipe. From another side, it is connected to heating heat exchanger. Thermal couple connected to the first comparing unit port controls inlet air temperature. The second comparing unit input is linked to setting unit whereas comparing unit output is connected to control element via actuator. Cylindrical heater through its whole thickness maintains temperature in upper corner of cross flow heat exchanger in cold area. Thermocouple is installed on cylindrical heater and connected to the first comparing unit input. The second comparing unit input is linked to setting unit. Comparing unit output is connected to heater via actuator.

EFFECT: prevention of channel freezing probability.
