FIELD: personal items.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices reducing loads to an arm of a person carrying food and/or items, packed into packages or containers. A removable handle consists of an elastic plate capable to stretch. The plate has a bend line and a device for connecting opposite sides of the plate to each other under working bended position of the plate. The connecting device includes a tongue formed on one part from the bend line, while on the other part of the plate from the bend line there is made a slit to receive the tongue. The plate has longitudinal parallel sides and transversal convex outside narrowed sides. Adjacent sides are tied by arcs concaved inside the plates; length L1 of the middle part of the plate is L1= (1.3:1.7)H, where H is the width of the middle part of the plate; thickness t of the plate equals t=(0.03:0.07)H, the width h of the slit is less than the thickness of the tongue. Side faces of the tongue are rounded; the length of the tongue base is bigger than the length of the slit. Inner area of the slit is less than the area of the cross section of the end of the tongue.

EFFECT: increased carrying ability of a handle, of its ergonomic, a possibility to use a handle as a tie of several loads to one unit or one package with a purpose to keep loads packed during their reloading or transporting.
