FIELD: storage.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an article for storing and carrying things. Box contains a housing with holes for a carrying belt, a hinged cover with locks, a removable handle with stiffening ribs and a bulge for a grip on the long part of the handle. Detachable handle is attached to the box through an adapter which is made with possibility of installation on the box housing in the holes for the carrying belt. Adapter consists of main part and additional part, main part of adapter consists of adapter housing and adapter tab. In the adapter housing on the front side there is a round hole with two small and one large rectangular recesses. In the upper part of the adapter housing there is a rectangular hole with the possibility of passing a carrying belt, which enables to use the box for long journeys, for example, during trips or on the way to fishing places. Coaxial hole is made in the lower part of the housing of the adapter and the tab of the adapter. In the lower part of the housing of the adapter there are two holes on the front side. Additional part of the adapter contains two antennae with bulges at the ends and two protrusions, besides, the antennae are made with possibility of being compressed for entering and fixing in the holes of the lower part of the adapter housing and the adapter tab; such design of the adapter enables to quickly remove it from the box housing. Two projections on the additional part of the adapter are made with possibility of entering the holes in the lower part of the adapter housing; they are required for alignment during installation of the additional part, as well as for additional fixation. On the integral detachable handle on the sides on the inner part there are round projections with two small rectangular bulges. They are made so that they can enter the round hole with rectangular recesses on the main part of the adapter. Small rectangular bulges make it possible to install the handle only in a horizontal position, which prevents spontaneous removal of the handle, since the handle can take such position only due to manipulations from the side. On the round projections there are cutouts made so that a large rectangular projection is formed in the upper part of the round projection, which is made with the possibility of entering a large rectangular recess on the front side of the adapter housing. When the box is in the lifted state, the large rectangular projection enters the large rectangular recess on the front side of the adapter housing, which prevents the box from overturning even with uneven loading.
