FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: area of generated interintestinal anastomosis is electrically stimulated by electrodes of electrical stimulator. Stand-alone electrical stimulator is subcutaneous mounted in abdominal wall. Electrical stimulation is carried out during 7-10 days of postoperative period by platinum electrodes with rectangular electrical pulse, duration 6 ms, packets by 16 pulses, current amplitude 0.2 mA, pulse-repetition interval 24 ms, packet-repetition interval and polarity interlacing every 3 seconds.
EFFECT: accelerated growth of connective tissue; vessel formation is stimulated and microbial contamination within interintestinal suture area is prevented.
