SUBSTANCE: invention refers to cyanoguanidine derivatives of the general formula I 
in which A, A, X1, X2, X3, Y1, Y2, Y3, R1, R2, R5, R6 and n have the values indicated in the formula of the invention. The invention also refers to the pharmaceutical composition which has antiproliferative activity on the basis of the compound of the formula I, and application of these compounds for medicinal preparation aimed at treatment and alleviation of proliferative disease and conditions.
EFFECT: new compounds can be useful at proliferative disease treatment.
