Based on the analysis, an information signal is transmitted to the controller, requesting for load power from the controller for power conversion. The transmitted signal requesting for load power is analysed and the value of the takeoff power is changed, based on the analysis. The power control device also consists of a controller for power conversion, which transmits the information signal requesting for load power on the fuel element, analyses the information signal about the status of power, transmitted to the controller of the fuel element, and controls the value of the converted power, based on the analysis.
