FIELD: filters.
SUBSTANCE: device can be used in broadband electronic systems of various purpose as the element base for signal frequency filtration units. The band-rejecting filter includes a stripline conductor and a loop circuit open on both ends, which are oriented parallel to each other in a metallic earthed frame. The beginning and the end of the stripline conductor are the input and output of the filter, and are connected by the incoming lines. The loop circuit is a solid hollow conductor fully screening the stripline conductor from the filter frame. The relative dielectric permittivity of the dielectric material inside the loop circuit exceeds the dielectric conductivity of the material outside the loop circuit by four times.
EFFECT: signal suppression in the rejecting band; more than doubled broadband at the small crosswise size of the printed-wiring filter, with the considerably lower loss degree due to mismatching at nonhomogenities.
