For this purpose in device downlink snap and uplink snap are duplexed with channels time division (TDD). Device includes receive power change block, received from base station; transmitting power controller for measurement of signal receipt power form base station; transmitting power controller for definition of uplink snap transmitting power from receiving power, measured with receive power change block, and information, connected with uplink snap receiving from base station; and radio frequency transmitting processor for radio processing to transmit uplink snap according to transmitting power, defined with transmitting power controller.

EFFECT: increasing of communications capacity.
