Data transmitted by said terminal are received in second cell. A subframe is determined in first cell for transmitting HARQ acknowledgement corresponding to data and subframe is determined in first cell, carrying scheduling information of a second cell. It is determined whether subframe for transmitting HARQ acknowledgement and subframe to transfer scheduling information of a second cell are identical.
