SUBSTANCE: tool includes central and hinged side sections with carrier wheels and has a hydraulic power mechanism which switches the side sections into a working or run-in position. Each mechanism which switches the side sections into a working or run-in position is equipped with a rope, additional hydraulic power, suspension of the rope in the run-in position and opposite hinge joint blocks of the additional and main power hydraulic cylinders, the ends of the rope and the suspension with central and side sections.
EFFECT: service reliability increases, and labour hours and time decrease.
