FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: unit consists of framework with exposure camera placed inside it, which is made in the form of two concentric cylinders which form a cavity to place the grain. The cavity of the internal cylinder, closed at the top by a cone, has infrared emitters which are set perpendicular in a horizontal planes above and below the radiator and at a distance from each other, growing to the center of the cylinder and reducing to its ends. It's better to make the internal cylinder from a silica glass with high transmittance in infrared radiation spectrum. External cylinder and corpus form a cavity for insulation filled with the air. There is a discharge gear under the cylinders which is made in the form of two discs with discharge openings which have a common center and are mounted with the possibility of mutual displacement for the regulation of the discharge openings area. There is a reservoir of the processed grain below the discharge disks.

EFFECT: processed grains have better and stable characteristics.
