FIELD: food processing and feed mill industry. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has charging hopper, heat-exchanging unit, irradiation chamber, exhaust and delivery fans, closed air recirculation, cleaning and heating circuit, dosing crusher and pneumatic conveyance system. Heat-exchanging unit has three concentric vertical housings. Continuous outer and perforated intermediate housings positioned in upper part of heat-exchanging unit are formed as truncated cones connected to charging hopper. Bottom of outer housing and intermediate housing are joined to irradiation chamber input end. Inner housing perforated part has shape similar to that of intermediate housing and defines with it gap. Top part of inner housing is connected to exhaust fan air pipeline of closed air recirculation, cleaning and heating system. The latter has cyclone connected to first branch pipe of exhaust fan. Exit end of fan is joined via electric heater to outer housing of heat-exchanging unit through equally spaced air supply pipes.
