SUBSTANCE: canned food is prepared by way of a bulb onion cutting and browning in a vegetable oil, garlic cutting and parboiling, a bean and a parsley greengrocery and a mother-of-thyme cutting and freezing, mixing together of the listed components without access of oxygen with dry red wine, a tomato paste, salt, citric acid and pimento; carp fillet cutting, packing of a carp fillet, the received mix and a fish broth, hermetic sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: canned food has a raised comprehensibility.
