SUBSTANCE: assigned purpose is achieved by prescription of specific antiviral valtrex therapy combined with recombinant interferon rheaferon-EC, immunostimulating tactivine therapy, local treatment with derinate, poludane from the first day of exacerbation antidepressant clophranyl in dose 25 mg 3 times a day during 7 days, then 50 mg 3 times a day during 14 days, then 25 mg 3 times a day during one month; analgesic zaldiar orally 1 tablet 3 times a day during 10 days; immunomodulator halavit intramuscularly 100 mg a day during 5 day, then another 10 injections in dosage 100 mg 1 time per 2 days; in 10 days after exacerbation day therapy is as follows - peptide regulator cortexine intramuscularly 10 mg a day during 10 days; local therapy for exacerbation period includes eye drops - Filatov's aloe extract in dosage 2 drops in each eyes 3 times a day during 10 days, as supportive therapy - 1 drop 2 times a day during 2 months.
EFFECT: prevention of mental disorders and restoration of positive emotional and physical state; reduced time and improved efficiency of treatment.
