FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: multi-spindle nut wrench for screwing pins with angular mismatch of axes is related to automation and mechanisation of technological processes and consists of spindles 1, every of which has drive 2, which is equipped with flange 3 that is installed in holder 4. In spindle 1 tool 6 is movably fixed for gripping parts 7, which contains spring 8. In gap between holder 4 and flange 3 hanger spring 9 is installed. Flange 3 and holder 4 are connected between each other with formation of gap by facilities of suspension in the form of bolts 10. Between heads of blots and top end of flange 3 springs 11 are installed. Lowering of holder 4 and thrust of part 7 into surface of assembled unit results in decompression of spring 9, compression of springs 11 and incline of part 7 axis to the plane of assembled unit, part 7 is moved along Archimedes spiral, and force of hanger spring (Fspring1), angle of axes misalignment of connected threaded parts (β), minimum diameter of opening in holder (dn), minimum diameter of opening in flange (df) are determined from expressions: Fspring11·Δλ1=(1,5...1,7)σ, dn>dbn, df>dbf, where Δn=d-tgβ., Δf=l·tgβ, db - bolt diameter; c1 - force of hanger spring; Δλ1 - value of hanger spring deformation; σΣ. - total force of effect on hanger spring, which includes weight of nut wrench and forces of springs effect; δ -value of relative displacement of axes of pin and threaded opening; a - distance from unit surface to holder in initial position of multi-spindle nut wrench; b - distance from unit surface to bottom end of pin; Δn - necessary gap for avoidance of bolt jamming in flange, which might result in loss of device serviceability; Δflange - necessary gap for avoidance of bolt jamming in holder, which might result in loss of device serviceability; d - holder thickness; l - flange thickness.
