SUBSTANCE: taking-off device incorporates a portable self-propelled sectional structure with a runway made in the form of wheel guide chutes laid on the said structure sections so that they can be shifted sideway to allow varying the run width for various aircraft to take off.
EFFECT: allow taking off in case of the main runway failure.
