FIELD: chemistry; rubber manufacturing.

SUBSTANCE: invention is a rubber mixture, consisting of an asphalt binder and a regenerate based on rubber powder. The mixture is distinguished by that, it contains extra tyre reclaim, sulphur, sulfenamide C, kaolin and phenol-formaldehyde resin "СФП-011Л". The bitumen binder is obtained on a base of acid tar and a product of thermodestruction of rubber-cord wastes in quantity of (5-20) %. The mixture can also contain 10% sulphur, and has the following ratios of components: tyre reclaim - 50, regenerate on rubber powder base - 50, sulphur - 4, sulfenamide C - 2.5, kaolin - 40, phenol-formaldehyde resin "СФП-011Л" - 20, bitumen binder - 20. The obtained compositions can be used for making floor coating. Their distinct feature is their use as the main components in products of recycling different wastes.
