FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: method includes processing rubber crumb in softener and activator, with magnetic liquid, obtained from industrial wastes, being used as activator of rubber crumb destruction in amount 3-5%, and after rubber crumb processing in softener and activator obtained mixture is kept in autoclave at temperature 185°C and pressure 3-4 atm for 3 hours.

EFFECT: reduction of energy consumption in the process of crushing and recycling, regeneration process does not require application of metal-intensive equipment; final product is paste-like regenerate, further vulcanisation of which makes it possible to obtain rubbers with preliminarily better physical-mechanical properties than caoutchouc-based rubbers.
