FIELD: bioengineering.
SUBSTANCE: biological preparation is produced by fungus Gliocladium catenulatum Gilmann et Abbott growing by State scientific ectablishment AU-Russian Research Studies Institute of agricultural microbiologi. RUSSIAN AGRICULTURAL ACADEMY D 553 on medium containing: vermiculite 200 - 2 kg, scalpings - 0.5 kg, and salt of the following composition g/l: (NH4)2SO4 - 0.65; CaCO3 - 5; KH2PO4 - 1, MgSO4 - 0.5; KCl - 0.5, followed with predrying and cracking and production of end product with titre 200-106-500-106 conidium per 1 g of preparation.
EFFECT: reduced plant disease rate, more rapid plant development, and increased crop capacity and production quality.
