FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural biotechnology. Method involves cultivating a strain of the mycelial fungus Trichoderma asperellum OPF-19 (VKPM registration number: F-1323) on a liquid nutrient medium containing sources of all necessary elements of nutrition, under conditions of constant mixing and aeration to the maximum conidia formation and autolysis of the mycelium. Cultivation is carried out sequentially in fermenters with a 10-fold increase in volume. In final fermenter, aeration is increased after 20-24 hours of cultivation, and after the depletion of the carbon source, the agitation speed is increased and cultivation continues until maximum conidia formation and autolysis of the mycelium. At the end of cultivation, the product is poured through a nylon mesh filter with a hole diameter of 0.2-0.5 mm to produce a liquid biopreparation.
EFFECT: invention allows to increase the shelf life of the crop and increase the yield of agricultural crops.
