SUBSTANCE: invention refers to black and steel industry, particularly to steels used in power machine building. Steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, aluminium, titanium, chromium, vanadium, boron, niobium, calcium, hafnium, and iron at a following ratio of elements: carbon 0.1-0.3; silicon 0.5-1.0; manganese 10.0-15.0; aluminium 0.03-0.05; titanium 0.2-0.4; chromium 1.0-2.0; vanadium 1.0-2.0; boron 0.01-0.05; niobium 2.0-3.0; calcium 0.003-0.005, hafnium 1.0-2.0, iron - the rest.
EFFECT: producing steel of upgraded fatigue resistance under higher temperatures.
