FIELD: weapons and ammunition.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to collimating optical sights for small arms and light weapons and is intended to form an aiming point (mark) at infinity by means of a holographic optical element. The inventive sight comprises a laser diode, a mirror, a holographic optical element and a collimating objective. Said collimating objective has the form of a cemented double lens consisting of two optical components having different indexes of light refraction. One of the components has a refractive index of 1.51, and the other - of 1.53. The sight is also fitted with a protective glass on the lens' side.
EFFECT: reducing the length of the optical axis and overall dimensions of the sight; improving the quality of reconstructed images of the aiming point and reducing the parallax effect; making the optical arrangement of a holographic sight having a minimal number of optical components and reducing the cost of the optical system of the sight.
