FIELD: production method of food products.
SUBSTANCE: preliminary chopped and washed in water tangle is kept in flavoured salted water solution, after that liquid is separated. As salt solution flavouring water solution of smoking product is used. It is concentrated so that phenol compound content in solution is in range of 0.03-0.05 % mas, and carbonyl compound ranges 0.14-0.22 % mas. Correlation of tangle and flavoured salt solution is chosen as 1 : (6-9). Keeping in solution is made during 20-40 minutes.
EFFECT: improvement of product quality characteristics because of raw bioactive potential preservation and effectiveness improvement of its receiving.
