FIELD: medicine; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: invention implies two rods-screws are inserted into proximal and distal fragments of ulnar and radial bones to mount two external fixation devices for each bone by support-sectors representing 1/3 of ring. Thus safe rotational amplitude is defined, by level and position of rods-screw insertion to radial bone. If proximal rods-screw is installed at level I in position 8 projections, patient is recommended to rotate by amplitude of 20°. If proximal rods-screw is installed at level II in positions 8 and 9 projections, patient recommended to rotate by amplitude of 55°, and in position 10 projection rotation, amplitude should not exceed 20°. If proximal rods-screw is installed at level in positions 1, 8 and 12 projections, patient is recommended to rotate by amplitude of 55°, in positions 9, 10 and 11 projections rotation amplitude should not exceed 20°. If proximal rods-screw is installed at level in positions 1, 10, 11 and 12 projections, patient is recommended to rotate by amplitude of 55°, and in positions 8 and 9 projection rotation amplitude should not exceed 20°.

EFFECT: improved bone fragments fixing rigidity and decreased risk of transfixion contracture.
