SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. Apparatus for treating a dislocation of a radial head comprises a proximal and distal supports coupled by threaded rods and a rod-screw. Apparatus has pins for fixation in the ulnar bone, the ends of which are fixed on the proximal and distal supports. Supports are made in form of detachable rings and have through groove, upper and lower surface of which form guides. Rod-screw is intended for fixation in proximal radius, is installed in bearing using two nuts and compression spring. Bearing is installed in slot with possibility of movement along guides. Said rod-screw is installed on support with possibility of rotation relative to axis of rotation of proximal support and with possibility of longitudinal longitudinal movement relative to bearing. Said spokes are installed in tension fixtures-tensioners in the form of threaded rod with through axial channel for wire passage and nuts. Tension and fixation of the spoke are performed by screwing the nut on the threaded rod of the fixing fixture. Spacer fixtures-tensioners are installed in central holes of bearings on supports with fixing washers so that movement of bearing is limited due to fixing washer in contact with side surface of support.

EFFECT: invention provides the possibility of radial movements of the radial bone with limitation of its longitudinal displacements.
