FIELD: medicine; veterinary science.
SUBSTANCE: method implies that calves blood is sampled for plasma release. It is followed with plasma sample reaction with thrombocyte aggregation inducers - ADP (adenosine diphosphate), thrombin, collagen and adrenaline to evaluate thrombocyte aggregation time with each aggregation inducers. After that average thrombocyte aggregation time is evaluated, and based on average thrombocyte aggregation time calves are fed on 0.01% Biopague D solution twice every 2 hours in dosage 200-250 ml. Within further dyspepsia treatment obtained thrombocyte disorder correction provides normal blood rheology with rapid recovery. And as animal is recovered, disorder correction maintains optimal digestion functioning and normal growth and development of calves.
EFFECT: method enables to provide rapid correction of thrombocyte aggregation risk specific for newborn calves with dyspepsia.
