FIELD: air navigation.

SUBSTANCE: applicable in audio- and video-technology, weather observations, in the course of elimination of emergencies, catastrophes, natural disasters, etc. The apparatus includes the electric power source, two electrodes located one above the other and an insulating frame with connection points designed to connect the electrodes to the frame. The first electrode constitutes one or several rods firmly fixed to each other in the same plane. The second electrode constitutes a three-dimensional frame compiled of electrically connected flat panels. In the vertical positioning, the panels are in the planes parallel to the vertical symmetry axis of the apparatus. The rims of the second electrode panels facing the first electrode, are fitted with insulating tubes. The apparatus is furnished with the insulating protection cover filled with inert gas, and the radio controlled electromechanical drive represented by n steering engines installed in the frame connection joints. The steering engines serve to turn the panels around the axes that lay along the insulating tubes. The panels can be turned simultaneously or independently, at the angles of at least ±15° from their vertical position.

EFFECT: providing the required positioning, stabilisation and control over the aircraft motion trajectory in the space.
