FIELD: air navigation.

SUBSTANCE: applicable in audio- and video-technology, weather observations, in the course of elimination of emergencies, catastrophes, natural disasters, etc. The method is based on electric field generation inside the apparatus by applying voltage to the electrodes. The electrodes are located one above the other along the longitudinal axis of the apparatus. The negative electrode represents a multi-angular figure consisting of n flat panels. The panel edges facing the positive electrode are rounded off. The panel rotation axes lay along these edges In the vertical (initial) position, the panel planes are oriented parallel to the symmetry axis of the apparatus. To ensure motion in the required direction, as well as rotation and orientation of the apparatus relative to the apparatus symmetry axis, the panels are preliminarily declined at their rotation axes, either separately or simultaneously, at the angle of at least ±15° from the panel vertical position. Preferably, these panels should be declined inside or outside at the angles depending on the ambient environmental effect, while simultaneously altering the electrode feeding voltage.

EFFECT: ensuring the required orientation, stabilisation and control over the apparatus motion trajectory under the conditions of environmental disturbances.
