FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the compositions of glazes used for covering the decorative tiles, household and domestic products, and tableware. The glaze contains SiO₂, Al₂O₃, MgO, TiO₂, B₂O₃, Na₂O, CaO, CuO and supplemental ZrO₂ at the following ratio, in mass percent: 50.5-54.5 of SiO₂, 5.0-10.0 of Al₂O₃, 3.0-5.0 of MgO, 10.0-12.0 of TiO₂, 10.0-12.0 of B₂O₃, 2.0-3.0 of Na₂O, 1.0-2.0 of CaO, 0.5-1.5 of CuO, 8.0-10.0 of ZrO₂.

EFFECT: thermostability of glaze is increased.
