SUBSTANCE: steel contains carbon, silicon, manganese, chromium, nitrogen, copper, titanium, zirconium, niobium, and iron at a following ratio, mas.%: carbon 0.1-0.15; silicon 0.3-0.8; manganese 14.0-16.0; chromium 16.5-18.5; nitrogen 0.08-0.12; copper 0.4-0.8; titanium 0.5-1.0; zirconium 1.0-1.4; niobium 1.0-1.5; iron - the rest.
EFFECT: upgraded strength and corrosion resistance.
