SUBSTANCE: way and setup of carrying out the lottery is based on the fact that the object of the draw is the result of a sporting competition for which there is a list of competitions, formalise a set of sporting competitions, a coded signal is formed, in accordance with the particular ticket drawn up by the player, and at the end of the competition a coded signal is formed corresponding to its formalised outcome and compare to a set of coded symbols of an electronic game database. The device contains a terminal of participants with the capability of data input of the lottery participants and transferring them to the processing centre.

EFFECT: increase the variety of raffle, giving the participants a chance of using their own knowledge while forming a playing field, increase in economic efficiency of carrying out a lottery.
