SUBSTANCE: method for producing the tinned food provides cutting and browning white roots and onions in melted butter with following blending; cutting, blanching and blending potatoes; frosting and blending sorrel and greens; blending the beef kidneys and salted cucumbers; mixing the said components with cucumber pickle, sour cream, bony broth and sodium chloride; packing the produced mixture into the aluminum tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: tinned food for space feeding has improved assimilability as compared to analogue dish.
