FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: sinus tract is dissected and separated from anus edge by not less than 1/4 of anal semicircumference. Mobilisation in proximal direction of rectum wall musculomucosal graft is accompanied with its bringing down. In addition, graft totally separated from surrounding skin is cut out of perianal skin keeping nutrient crus of subcutaneous fat. Skin graft is isosceles triangle-shaped base of which is anal canal wound edge after musculomucosal graft is separated. Triangle base centre corresponds to centre of brought-down musculomucosal graft edge. Base size is 1/8-1/4 of anal canal semicircumference. Skin graft is placed in anal canal together with nutrient crus, fixing to brought-down musculomucosal graft of rectum wall and to surrounding perianal skin.
EFFECT: reduced tension of brought-down musculomucosal graft and its dimensions; eliminated postoperative complications and reduced treatment time.
