FIELD: personal demand and household items.

SUBSTANCE: invention presents a nonspillable drinking device provided to drink liquids therefrom and preventing from spilling liquids when a user does not drink therefrom. The device has an external wall made of flexible material for mouth. The external wall made of flexible material incorporates a tip, external and inner surfaces. Also, the drinking device includes a valve made to prevent from spilling liquid from the device when a user does not drink therefrom. The valve has a deepening in the external wall made of flexible material, which includes upper and lower components. The upper component accommodates a tube which has a side wall incorporating external and inner surface, the external surface of the side wall being separated and set apart from the inner surface of the side wall. The lower component of the valve has a bottom wall, which includes upper and lower surface. The upper surface of the bottom wall is concave and goes to the inner surface of the side wall. The lower surface of the bottom wall incorporates both spun surface and flat surface. The latter is located in the centre of the lower surface, and the former is peripheral to the flat one. The bottom wall is furnished with a hole, which goes from the upper to the lower surface. At a standstill, the hole is closed. The bottom wall bends when mouth touches the external wall to press the external wall so that liquid could flow through the hole. Other possible options to design the drinking device incorporate a lug made on the external surface of the tube side wall and running from the external surface of the side wall to the inner surface of the external wall. The inner surface of the external wall contacts with the lug when mouth touches the external wall, to bend the bottom wall, so that liquid can flow through the hole. The device is capable of regulating liquid flux level. The device can be used as feeding bottles or baby's dummies, which are nonspillable when lying or being in inverted position.

EFFECT: preventing from spilling liquid from a cup and minimising or preventing from liquid leakage even during intensive shacking.
