METHOD AND DEVICE FOR AIR INTAKE INTO DRINKING VESSEL Russian patent published in 2010 - IPC B65D51/16 

FIELD: packing industry.

SUBSTANCE: device for air intake into drinking vessel has dispenser device and connector ring, which joins dispensing device to vessel, and also includes disk part and main part. Disk part has multiple holes for liquid, which represent descending elements. Main part is made of flexible material and contains multiple channels for air passage that pass between periphery of specified main part and single passage valve arranged as a whole, which in open position makes it possible for air to enter drinking vessel, and in close position it prevents liquid outflow from vessel and also comprises multiple holes for liquid in the main part. Holes for liquid in the main part correspond to descending elements of disk part and are joined to them through seal. Disk part and main part together produce channels for passage of air between lower surface of disk part and channels for air passage in the main part, besides channels for air supply make it possible for air to enter vessel through valve. Method is provided for manufacturing of device for air intake into drinking vessel as well as drinking vessel itself.

EFFECT: development of new device design, using which substantially does not pull vacuum in drinking vessel, and as vessel is filled with liquid and exposed to vigorous shaking, it prevents leakage of liquid.
