FIELD: instrument engineering.

SUBSTANCE: proposed invention relates to control and instrument engineering for controlling quality of power supply network. Instrument for harmonic factor measurement includes input unit, selective filter with input connected to input unit output, control unit, switchboard connected with control unit outputs by control outputs, calculation unit, indicator with input connected with calculation unit output, synchronizing unit with input connected with control unit. Selective filter is re-adjustable by frequency, and frequency control inputs are linked with synchronising unit outputs. Switched information input of switchboard is connected with selective filter output. Instrument contains N+1 multiplier and storage, where N - number of measured harmonics, which inputs are linked with information output of switchboard and outputs of multipliers and storages are connected with calculation units. Besides, input unit may be provided with automatic unit of input voltage limit or contact component correction unit.

EFFECT: improvement of measurement accuracy and widening of instrument application area.
