The base includes the printed circuit board with rotary indication unit that switches on the light sources, the light source control unit having separate control circuits for each light source, the electronic power supply unit for electronic rotary units, and the unit forming the image signal from the external analog video signal. At least one conductor is located on the transparent surface of the cover. The second version of the device includes conductors evenly distributed in a circle on the transparent cover surface. The third version of the device includes the units of forming image signal from the external analog and digital video signal. The image signal forming unit from external digital video signal includes one optical couple. The forth version of the device includes the units of forming image signal from the external analog and digital video signal. Conductors on the transparent cover surface are evenly distributed in a circle.
