The third version of the device includes the units of forming image signal from the external analog and digital video signal. The image signal forming unit from external digital video signal includes one optical couple. The forth version of the device includes the units of forming image signal from the external analog and digital video signal. Conductors on the transparent cover surface are evenly distributed in a circle.
