FIELD: physics; image processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to image formation devices based on the principle of spatial mechanical scanning, and can be used for example in advertisement and other information devices for displaying video information using light-emitting elements. The novelty lies in that the image formation device includes a video encoder, a device controlled by time delay of clock pulses of the video signal relative pulses of the rpm sensor, a switch for successive switching of light emitters, polarisation glasses and a stereoscopic video image source, first and second supporting arms for light emitters fitted diametrically opposite each other, a system for automatic control of shaft speed, phase and frequency channels, electric motor rpm sensor and a frequency sensor.
EFFECT: wider information capabilities of the device, increased visual efficiency of observed objects.
