MEMBRANE OF MICROWAVE FILTER Russian patent published in 2008 - IPC H01P1/207

Abstract RU 2329573 C2

FIELD: electric engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to microwave equipment. Microwave filter includes section of wave conductor and membrane that is mechanically connected to the unit that provides temperature stabilisation. Membrane is made in the form of spring disc, with radial slots made in edges, which pass along direction of surface currents that flow in filter resonator. Membrane is clamped along perimeter between resonator casing and thrust, in which temperature-compensating screw is installed and which serves as resonator deformed wall.

EFFECT: improvement of membrane position fixation in respect to filter casing and prevention of membrane shift in case of ambient temperature change.
