SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the radio engineering. Surfactor generator with a double thermostat, characterized by that it includes a microwave signal generation and control unit, consisting of a SAW resonator with a cover and an acoustic line on the ceramic substrate, an internal thermostat and an external thermostat, wherein on the reverse surface of the acoustic line there is a controlled thin-film heater of the internal thermostat, and external thermostat is located around closed thermostatically controlled volume, which includes SAW-resonator with controlled thin-film heater, its control circuit and amplifier.

EFFECT: technical result consists in provision of temperature stability of frequency of formed microwave signal with reduction of time of output to operating mode.
